For sale is an NF-10 Horizontal Disk Diatomaceous Earth filter with centrifugal discharge.

This unit has a 10 square meter filter along with a 630 L capacity bell and 175 L dosing tub.

Wheel mounted AISI 304 Stainless steel frame complete with:

AISI 304 filter vessel and filter discs

AISI 304 piping with butterfly valves

AISI 304 centrifugal feed pump

Dosing unit with piston dosing pump and agitator

Filter pack turning device

Lighted sight glasses at product inlet and outlet

Pressure gauges, sample **** and flow meters

Final filtration disc for residual liquid

Additionally, the NF-10 comes with a wheel mounted AISI 304 cake collection tray and various filter media (Perlite 23S, Perlite 27M and Britesorb).

The control panel complies with the standard in stainless steel cases and the unit is made in accordance with PED standards at 7 bar. Power requirements are standard voltage 400V/3/50Hz.

The unit was purchased new in 2011 and had no issues in the 4 years it was used.  It was used again in 2018 for several weeks with no issues when our centrifuge had a major issue and was out of service.

Our company purchased a centrifuge and no longer needed this unit. It was used successfully again for several weeks when the centrifuge had a major issue. The only parts that may need some attention are some of the seals – mainly due to it not being used . The screens to our knowledge are in great shape. They did not show any signs of major wear and tear or being out of align.

The filter bell holds 3-5 bbls of liquid. 

It has not been used recently years so we assume that some of the seals will need to be replaced.  Other than that, we have no reason to believe it’s not in good working order.  It worked just fine the last time we used it.
