Brewery Closure

We Provide Full-service Closure

Let's get started quickly.

Brewery closure and clean-out represent a crucial phase in the lifecycle of a brewing business. We understand that a brewery closure is challenging, requiring careful consideration, confidentiality, deadlines, and sensitivity to the stakeholders involved.

  1. Inventory Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive inventory assessment to determine the quantity and condition of raw materials, finished products, and equipment.
  2. Brewery Decommissioning: We decommission brewery equipment. This includes disassembly, staging for riggers, proper cleaning, and documentation of equipment conditions.
  3. Rigging and Transport: We manage the rigging and transportation process with specialists who are experienced and equipped to manage the complexities of lifting, moving, and large brewery equipment that needs specific handling.
  4. Off-site Storage: We provide equipment storage at our Consignment Lot for viewing and sale. This is particularly beneficial if the equipment takes up valuable space that needs to be quickly removed so the space can be used for other purposes.
  5. Asset Valuation and Disposal: Our financial expert can provide equipment valuation, hold it in our consignment lot for storage, list it in our marketplace, and sell the equipment through multi-sales channels.
