Hi, are you Todd who reached out via email? If so we can exchange more detailed information that way. Location: San José. I chose "Armed Forces Other" because there was no option in the dropdown menu to choose a non-US state. It's just Costa Rica, nothing to do with Armed Forces.

My apologies, I didn't see your question until now. Location: San José. 6x FVs, 10 bbl (1,200L) each. Water source is city water. So far we've always had high pressure water available, not a single time any water issues. Water is relatively soft, slightly elevated alkalinity.

My apologies, I didn't see your question until now. Location: San José. Financials are available once we get into talks. Kitchen is 20 m2, with most kitchen equipment no longer there. We have a bunch of bar equipment left. Up to 190 clients allowed, seating is fairly flexible and can seat at least 150. Overall property size: 900m2.
