The warehouse space lease includes 2500 sq ft production area, 1000 sq ft tap room with ten serving taps (via 2 kegerators), and an additional 2000 sq ft of potential expansion area that is currently sublet. There is also a giant 300-year old oak tree at center of the small beer garden outside the taproom doors.

The brewery is located in an industrial complex along the SE Austin “brewery row” (there are six breweries located within 3 linear miles of one another–great for weekend beer tourists). Monthly rent is very inexpensive relative to the city’s norm.
