Description

Used Wild Goose WGC-250 semiautomated canning line for sale, $76,000.  This WGC-250 is in great shape and features a four can CO2 pre-purge station, four fill heads, an automated lid dropper, and a seaming station that is capable of running at 40 CPM (12oz). This line was built in 2012 but has an upgraded lid dropping assembly, new seamer bearings, chuck, and rollers (CDL ends), and new lift cylinder bearing.  Since 2015 we have used it exclusively for 19.2oz cans, running only about 60 bbl/month. Included are parts to easily change the system between 12oz, 16oz, and 19.2oz cans and a second set of fill heads used for sour beer.  Also includes a stainless steel “whale tail” for empty can accumulation (if not using with a depalletizer), although it will need minor modifications to mount. We also include a variety of spare parts and a lid dropper for LOE can ends (older design).

We are also happy to provide on-site training at our facility to the buyer.

One year financing available.

We have made upgrades over the years, but am unsure what you mean by "newer line". No issues with the line. I don't think there is any end to the number of years that this line could be used, it would be a matter of replacing parts as necessary, which has not been a big deal in the past. We co-invented this canning line with Wild Goose. They were in the space next to our brewery, so we know it inside and out.

Not entirely sure until we get a formal estimate, but from our experience $1000-$1500 which would include crating/preparing for shipment.
