Description

The WGC 100 is a semiautomated system, handbuilt in Boulder, Colorado using American-made parts. It utilizes a patented two head filling station, automated lid dropper and our patented seaming station, capable of producing between 24 and 30 cans per minute.

This one is serial number 5, one of the first ones they built.  Originally put into service at Piney River in Bucyrus, MO, we bought it along with their 7bbl brewhouse and some equipment in 2015.  We put it into service in 2018 and ran it regularly until we upgraded in August.  We've overhauled the seamer chuck and had a new frame fabricated for it with better wheels and a post-line rinse.  We also have a spare FESTO touch screen that we will include, along with a printed copy of the operation manual.

Requires 120V power. This thing is a workhorse and has cycled about 750,000 times.  We have videos of the thing in operation as well but I don't know if we can upload those on this platform.  We have a loading dock and a ramp, we'd prefer buyer have it professionally crated.

Hello! It is currently set up to fill 16oz cans. I believe you can set it to fill 12 oz cans with a different chuck.
