Thanks for the reply on this. Sound like you are moving on from this canner to a new one. Are you upgrading to a bigger/faster line? Are you sticking with CASK? Have you been happy with this X2 model?

Hey Dru, We upgraded to a KHS rotary filler. We were happy with the X2, just needed something bigger and faster. We were happy with Cask, their service team is friendly and we were able to receive parts quickly and easily. It's quite easy to do your own maintenance.

We are interested in this canner. We are a US based company (Washington State). Do you know if we would be allowed into Canada to inspect the equipment and potentially load it out?

Hey Dru,

That's great news! Yeah, you should be allowed into Canada to check it out. We've had tradespeople come in from the US to set up our new canning line. We have a contact with the Canadian Border Services, I'll try and get in touch with them tomorrow and see what they say. I think you need a copy of a negative COVID test within a couple of days of arrival and I think we'd have to fill out some paperwork for you as well.
