Turnkey 20bbl brewhouse!

The 20bbl brewhouse was commissioned in 2010 by Specific Mechanical manufacturers. The diverter panel allows for liquids to be efficiently moved around.

• There are 2x 20bbl Fvs and 3x 40bbl FVs all of different manufacturer type.
• A 15bbl brite tank.
• A matching lenticular filter (fits 6 Pall filters).
• A low pressure steam boiler matches the steam fired brew kettle. 
• There is a 50,000# malt silo with a few chore time auger motors.

All equipment is single phase 120/240VAC. Equipment was used from 2010-2017 when the brewery was decommissioned. It has been sitting in storage since then in a lot in Denver, CO.

In addition, there is a 2x head ked cleaning station, a 2000gal water tank, various brewery parts like tri-clamps, two cold room compressor units and blowers (not sure the working status of them), hundreds of barrel racks, and more. Just ask.
