Description

This is a complete 30 BBL Premier Stainless Systems 3 vessel brewhouse originally installed in Milwaukee in 2013. The major components of this system include:

  • Mash/Lauter Tun
  • Boil Kettle (Steam fired with condensate return pump)
  • Whirlpool
  • 60 BBL Hot Liquor Tank (Steam fired with condensate return pump)
  • Work Platform with wort grant, heat exchanger, sanitary pumps and piping
  • Stainless Grist Case with Flex Auger
  • Grist Case Mounted Mill
  • Misc Stainless Buckets and Gain-out Rakes and Shovel
  • This system is being sold where-is, as-is. Decommissioning, packaging and shipping services are available or may be coordinated by the buyer. No boiler is available as this system is currently connected to the city steam system.

This equipment sale is being sold by a brewer so I can answer your questions and assist with coordination of removal if needed.  All of the equipment listed has been photographed and photos are available.

I would suggest high pressure steam just for volume of heat delivery. I'm pretty sure the jackets are rated to 14psi for steam, but confirm that with Premier when you engage a steam contractor. Typically a high pressure boiler is used to deliver steam that has been stepped down to about 12psi at the kettle/HLT.
