3.5 bbl Copper Clad steam-heated Brewhouse with touch screen PLC, Sussman steam generator, separate whirlpool, extra brand-new brewhouse pump, pneumatic valves (including new extras), heat ex, auger and mill, on-demand hot water heater, blending manifold, large water filter (activated carbon). The mash tun has a motor driven rake and the kettle has a motor driven mixing arm–presumably for decoctions.

Quirks: occasionally the PLC is unresponsive but power cycling or adjusting the pressure going to the pneumatics has always been successful. The lid to the kettle needs to be tacked back on (a very easy weld). We didn’t mind lifting the lid off and setting it to the side when doing kettle additions.
