Equipment is available mid January.  It is still in use until then and can be viewed in action.  Built in 2016 by Simplified Stainless.

Includes:

• 30 bbl MT with steam jacket, power rakes, chain lift, and glass manway. Grist hopper with slide gate.  Does have some grain passthrough.
• 20 bbl brew kettle/whirpool. Condensate collection ring, CIP spray ball, glass manway.  Vapour condenser not included.
• Pumps, HX, O2 infuser, process piping, wort grant, platform, sample station, flow meter.
• Control panel on platform is not in use, but is capable of controlling temperature of up to 12 vessels.
