This custom brewery was built in 2014 on a stainless steel skid to make 2 BBL of wort per batch.  It was modified a few years later to double brew or cast 4 BBLs of wort.  All kettles (3) tilt for ease of grain discharge and cleaning.  2 x 1/2 HP centrifugal pumps run on single phase with VFDs and a 3 m squared heat exchanger on the skid.  It was also used for keg cleaning as well.  This system is great for a small start up or pilot system and DIY keg washer.
