Machine was designed for easy running and cleaning, quick replacement of the change parts and easy maintenance. Also the machine is equipped with a device for washing filling vales externally without stopping the working cycle, for removing glass pieces incase of bottle breakages.
Frame
It is made from welded stainless steel and fitted on adjustable feet, it is placed on the free floor with out any blocking device. Accessibility to driving gears, surrounded and protected inside the frame, is made easier by removable panels. Working plane is covered by stainless steel panel.
Rotary Table
Made of stainless steel, it is completely covered by stainless panels. It is fitted on central tapered bearing support where the toothed wheel is fixed for the motion of the table itself.
Lifting Cylinders
By means of screw-conveyor, star-wheels and conveyors, bottles are placed on lifting cylinders pneumatically operated with recovery of the compressed air. The use of air, previously filtered and lubricated, allows smooth lifting of the bottles against the filling valves thus preventing any chock that could damage the centering. For cylinders descend a cam is fitted granting perfect outlet of the bottle from the machine after filling. This mechanical movement is also for the recovery of the air is the descending cylinders for moving it to the cylinders under lifting thus reducing air waste.
Driving bowl for Lifting
Machine is equipped with height adjustable bowl, thus allowing to take the maximum advantage of its handling capacity. In fact, when bottles to be handled change height, it is possible to lift or lower the bowl of the machine thus reducing to minimum possible the cylinders strocke for lifting the bottles under seal on filling heads. What above allows the maximum fraction on the circumference of the table concerned with filling operation.
Lubrication System
Machine is equipped with lubrication system consisting of several systems such as grease, Oil, and atomized oil. For proper use and operation see the subject shown on the related point of maintenance instructions.
System for Liquid Feeding
The liquid to fill is fed to filler bowl by means of a feeding circuit with stainless steel pipes, food type. Feeding is done by hoses thus allowing the height adjustment of the bowl when changing bottle size. They are fixed on rubber-holders (1) before hand operated butterfly valve (2) (on request pneumatically operated, by operation push button on electric panel) thus allowing the exclusion or the delivery of the liquid. By means of inspection glass (3) it is possible to check the liquid flow to the filler. Stainless steel pipe (4) is connected to the rotary distributor (5) fitted on bowl beam, and distributes the liquid to the three pipes that feed the filler bowl.
Electric Panel
Machine is equipped with water-tight electric control panel containing low tension controls, manufactured according to VDE rules. A tachometer showing the speed of the machine per hour is also fitted to the electric panel.
Accessories
the use of spacer screw-conveyor, in/ out star wheels and center conveyor all in plastic material for noiseless running assures regular conveyance and drive of type bottles through the machine which is set for 85mm max. with conveyor chain. Safety devices, properly placed, stop the machine thus preventing bottle breakages or other damage.
