This sale includes an 18/18/6 Glasspak 66 Rinser/Filler/Crowner, Rotary Depal Table, Pressure Sensitive Labeler, Markem Imaje 9028 Date Coder, Crown Hopper and Elevator, Post Rinse Dryer, and Pack Off Table, Diaphram Pump, and spare parts. Everything you need to package. This unit runs 66-70bpm easily and up to 74bpm depending on the beer. It is set up for 12oz standard longnecks currently and has all changeover parts for standard 22oz bomber bottles. The rinser, filler, and crowner are all adjustable to accommodate most any standard bottle size. 

Double Pre-evacuation of bottles prior to filling. We average about 40ppb O2, we’ve seen bottles as low at 16ppb using our Anton Paar Cbox. PLC Touchscreen with user-friendly controls. We have this line setup in a semi U configuration to take up the smallest amount of space possible, approx 330” x 185”. It could also be set up in a straight line configuration or an L shape. Labeler can go before or after the filler. 

This has been a great unit. We are selling because we are switching over to cans. ABE customer service is top-notch. They are great at helping when something comes up.  We are buying our canning line from ABE.

This unit is essentially available now. We ran it once more on Jan 13. We will have to disconnect and move it to make room for the canning line.
