FORT COLLINS, Colo., September 1, 2021 — UniteCraft Corporation, a collaboration between two draft beer dispensing industry veterans, today launched the Dealers & Installers (DI) community Marketplace on Unite-Craft.com The DI marketplace is part of a larger venture that includes the craft brewing industry. The DI marketplace is North America’s first and only 24/7 online “swap meet” specifically designed for beverage equipment professionals to sell their used, refurbished, and/or new bar equipment (beer and soda systems, underbar stainless, refrigeration, etc.) to each other at wholesale pricing set by the DI.  The public can also purchase the equipment at retail pricing set by the DI seller.

UniteCraft and the DI marketplace was formed by Derek Godfrey, a thirty-year veteran of the brewery industry (Micro Matic / MillerCoors / Molson) and Nick Michaels, a software architect of global e-business platforms (Micro Matic, McDantim). UniteCraft is collaborating with the International Beverage Dispensing Equipment Association (IBDEA) to support the association’s mission to “Connect and Network” their industry members.

IBDEA Senior Vice President and Owner/Draft Doctor LLC, David Whitney weighed in on the platform. “The DI marketplace is desperately needed and just what our membership needs right now,” he said. “The timing could not be any better.”

UniteCraft’s Marketplace platform includes three industry-specific equipment marketplaces (brewery, distillery, and bar/dealer installer) and one online digital delivery marketplace for educational content.  The marketplaces provide the beverage equipment professional with technologically advanced and organized marketplaces, where buyers and sellers can negotiate and accept offers in real-time. UniteCraft Marketplace has the industry’s first and only integrated real-time sales negotiation, chat, and SMS notification tool, all in a single application.

“I am getting requests from members all the time, looking to sell surplus and new equipment to other members. Before UniteCraft DI Marketplace, I would forward their email to our membership.” said Lenette Egan, IBDEA Executive Director. “Now our members have access to an industry marketplace.”
